No, our visa assistance is exclusively available for expats and foreign nationals working or conducting business in the Philippines. Currently, BCGF does not offer visa processing services for Filipinos who wish to work or travel abroad.

• Joint letter request addressed to the Commissioner from the applicant and the petitioner.

• Duly accomplished Certificate of General Application Form (CGAF) for Non-Immigrant Visa.

• Photocopy of the passport bio-page and the latest admission with valid authorized stay.

• Photocopy of the Employment Contract, Secretary’s Certificate of Election, Appointment, or Assignment of the applicant, or equivalent document, detailing the exact compensation, duration of employment, and a comprehensive description of the nature and scope of the applicant’s position in the company.

• Photocopy of the petitioner’s latest Income Tax Return (ITR) with the corresponding proof of payment (official receipt, bank teller’s validation slip, BIR’s eFPS payment details print-out, or other similar evidence).

• For Corporations or Partnerships, photocopies of the following:
  i. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) Certificate of Registration
  ii. Articles of Incorporation
  iii. General Information Sheet (GIS) for the current year stamped received by the SEC.

• For Single Proprietorships, photocopies of the following:
  i. Department of Trade and Industry (DTI) Certificate of Registration of Business Name
  ii. Mayor’s Permit.

• Photocopy of the Alien Employment Permit (AEP) issued by the Department of Labor and Employment (DOLE) and the actual publication of the applicant’s approved AEP, or in the absence thereof, a Certificate of Publication issued by the Publisher.

• Notarized certification of the number of foreign and Filipino employees from the petitioning company (preferred format can be downloaded from the BI website).

• Special Temporary Permit for applicants practicing a regulated profession under the Professional Regulation Commission (PRC), if applicable.

• Bureau of Immigration (BI) Clearance Certificate.

• Original or certified true copy of Bureau of Quarantine Medical Clearance, if the applicant is a national of any of the countries listed under Annex “A” of Immigration Operations Order No. SBM-14-059-A and arrived in the Philippines on or after June 2014.

1. Secure the Certificate of General Application Form (CGAF) from the Public Information and Assistance Unit (PIAU) at the Bureau of Immigration (BI) G/F Main Office or download it from the official BI website.

2. Submit the required documents for pre-screening to the Central Receiving Unit (CRU) or to a frontline officer or staff at other Immigration Offices authorized to process this transaction.

3. Pay the necessary fees.

4. Submit a copy of the Official Receipt.

5. Attend the hearing.

6. Proceed to the Image and Fingerprint Capturing Counter of the Alien Registration Division (ARD) and submit the requirements for the ACR I-Card application.

7. Check the BI website to see if your visa application has been approved.

8. If approved, submit your passport for visa implementation.

9. If the ACR I-Card is approved, you can claim your ACR I-Card.
