Coach DJ has always been a consencious student during her college days and graduated top of her class in 1983. She founded Remspec in 1992 after gaining much management experience in Tayabas Beach Beach  Resort which was owned by her parents. After successfully closing major contracts with many multinational companies and SMEs, she decided to bring her clients to other resorts and hotels, making Remspec one of the marketing agencies in the tourism industry. She served as Sales Director in many recreational facilities, the last one as the Sales Director of Legenda Hotel in Subic Bay Freeport Zone, a 500 room, 5-star international hotel owned by the Gentings Group and later by the Legend Internatioal Resorts, Ltd.

Coach DJ is a Certified Public Accountant, a licensed Real Estate Broker, passed the Insurance Underwriting Exams with flying colors, was a scholar when she took up Masteral Studies in Management in Leeds Beckett University, granted her after winning their literary competition. She continues to study to better herself, lately getting into computer science lessons at Harvard University.  Her consultancy services has been hired for project proposal preparations for the Office of the President or the Houe of Congress, for event management for events that run to thousands of guests, preparation of feasibility studies or as business development coach of many start-up companies.
